- Draw the ears.
Next, you need to add the cat ears. To do this, you need to draw the elongated triangular figure with slightly rounded sides. And then draw the smaller triangle inside.
Fun fact: Cats have very sensitive ears that can rotate 180 degrees. - Draw the eyes.
Cats have the ability to see in the dark better than humans. This is possible thanks to their large pupils, which can expand and contract to adapt to different lighting conditions. Draw two large circles and then add smaller circles inside.
- Draw the nose and cheeks.
Just below eye level, draw the nose in the shape of an inverted triangle. And then draw two small circles under the eyes, which will be the outlines of the cheeks.
- Draw the muzzle.
From the bottom of the nose, draw two arcuate lines in different directions. And then draw the small horizontal line under it.
- Draw the body.
Draw the cat’s body as shown in the instruction example. The cat’s body is small and light, allowing them to move between objects with ease. Because of this, cats can hide in narrow crevices and burrows, as well as jump long distances without much effort.
- Draw the front and back legs.
Cats have sufficiently powerful muscles and a flexible structure that allows them to jump high distances and dexterously move on various surfaces. Draw the front and hind legs as shown in the instructions.
- Draw another leg and collar.
Draw another front paw in the form of an elongated oval. Next, on the neck, add a rounded line that will be the outline of the collar.
- Draw the tail.
Draw the curly tail, the end of which is directed towards the head. A cat’s tail can be used to communicate emotional signals such as joy, annoyance, or fear, and to control balance while moving and jumping.
